uRella is the world’s first mobile umbrella app! It is a platform for on-demand umbrella deliveries for clients and umbrella owners (i.e. doorpeople).

Both users (i.e. clients and doorpeople) can create and sign in through the same app. A client initiates the trip by both entering and sending a destination point to a local doorperson. Upon accepting the trip, the doorperson will have the coordinates to pickup the client. From there, the doorperson will walk with the client to the destination point.

Please note the service is fairly new and we are only available at select locations for now, but we are making efforts to expand real soon.

There are two ways to sign up for the service –

1) Here are the steps if you own an iPhone:

Download the uRella app via Apple’s App Store (you can click on this link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/urella-umbrellas-on-demand/id1454071394, or you can type uRella in the App Store).

a. Once downloaded, Select [Getting Started] on the welcome page.

b.Then select [Register or Login] on the sign in screen.

c. Fill out the application form there, and be sure to select “Doorperson” as an account type if you are interested in delivering the service, or “Client” as an account type if you want to use the service.

2) Step if you do not own an iPhone (*note: the Android version of the app is still in development) –
a. You can fill out our contact form at: https://urella.com/contact/, and we will contact you when the Android version of the app is uploaded.

Pay cycles begin on the first Tuesday of each week after a minimum of one trip completion. A check will be mailed to your address within 1-3 business days.
